Frequently Asked Questions
Santa Claus

Real bearded Santa Houston.JPG

What happens during a Santa booking?

Santa will come to your event and be prepared to do a (typically seated) meet and greet with all your guests, young and old. Typically a line will form and children take turns sitting on Santa's lap and telling him their Christmas wishes. If client would like Santa to give out small gifts that are provided, please let us know during the booking process and we can arrange to accommodate.

When Santa's booking time is up, he will make his jolly farewells and head on his merry way to see more friends before Christmas arrives.

Mrs Claus is there to bring added authenticity and charm to your holiday bookings. She can help with interacting with the children, reading a Christmas story if your event allows time for it, and bringing extra holiday cheer to your guests, young and old!

What do I need to provide?

Please provide a chair for Santa and a climate controlled environment which is typically indoors. We can make exceptions for outdoor events only if the weather cooperates and the client must have an indoor backup plan. For outdoor events the temperature must fall between 50 and 75 degrees, wind chill factor included. No rain or drizzle as this can damage our costumes, also no setup in a muddy location. Full shade MUST be provided if outdoors.
